Free standard shipping on all orders within the European Union. Returns are included at no additional cost.
Prepare your return
Make sure the items you want to return are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original labels attached. Pack them securely, preferably in the original packaging.

Visit our returns portal to start your return.
3. Enter your details
Fill in your order number and the email address used to place your order.
4. Select items to return
Choose the item(s) you’d like to return.
5. Choose a return reason
Let us know why you are returning the item. Your feedback helps us improve.
6. Select a return method
Select your preferred return option.
7. Receive confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email with your return label, a link to your return page, and tracking details.
8. Drop off your return
Bring your securely packed return to the selected drop-off location.
You can return your items within 30 days after delivery. Returns submitted after the 30-day window cannot be accepted, so please make sure to register your return on time.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please register your return through the portal and upload a clear photo along with a short explanation. Photo proof helps us validate your request quickly. Each order includes one free return. For additional returns, please contact Customer Service. Friends & Family orders are not eligible for free returns.
Store returns are available in the Netherlands only, with a maximum in-store return value of € 500. Orders paid with Klarna or Afterpay cannot be returned in store. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. Cash refunds are not possible.
Start your return through our online portal. Log in using your order number and the email address used at checkout. Select the item(s) you would like to return and follow the steps. You will receive a confirmation email with a DHL return label or QR code for drop-off.
Each order includes one free return. If you need to make an additional return from the same order, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
Yes, you can return one or multiple items, as long as they are within the 30-day return window.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all labels attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
You may use a different box as long as it is sturdy and securely sealed. For safety reasons, returns sent in plastic bags cannot be accepted.
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after your return has been received and processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed. Refunds are handled by Just Brands B.V.
Klarna refunds or invoice adjustments are processed automatically once your return has been approved. No action is required in your Klarna account.
Once your return has been processed, your coupon code will be automatically reactivated and can be used again. Birthday vouchers are one-time only and cannot be reissued. All original terms and conditions apply.
Yes. Your confirmation email includes a tracking number. You can track your return using the link provided or via the DHL website.
Please contact Customer Service. They will assist you with returning the incorrect item and ensure the issue is resolved. Include your order number and, if possible, a photo of the item you received.
If your return causes your order total to fall below the minimum amount required to receive the free item, you must return the free item as well. If you do not return it, the value of the free item will be deducted from your refund.
If your total remains above the minimum amount, you can keep the free item.
It is not possible to exchange an item. You may return it free of charge and place a new order if you wish.
Underwear may be returned as long as it has not been worn or washed and is still in its original packaging.
