Authentic MA-1 inspiration shapes the Expeditor flight jacket, from its ribbed hem to the quilting patterns based on original flight jacket repairs. Tech Down helps retain warmth in cold weather. The two-layer ripstop fabric has a water-repellent finish for added protection. Elasticated cuffs with tabs improve the fit, and a utility D-ring at the chest reinforces the functional look.
Tech Down
Tech Down
Tech Down is an innovative insulation made of loose polyester fibres that trap air and create a down‑like effect. It’s lighter than traditional down, retains its insulating properties even when wet, and dries more quickly. Additionally, it’s often more animal‑friendly and easier to wash. A smart choice for everyday use.
Synthetic insulation as an alternative to down
Water repellent
Water repellent
Water‑repellent jackets are treated with a special coating that causes droplets to roll off the surface. This protects against light rain or snow, but is not fully waterproof. Over time the coating can wear off; retreatment is possible.
A finish on the outer fabric that effectively repels light rain and moisture
Cold weather conditions
Cold weather conditions
In cold conditions insulation is essential. This jacket offers warmth through down filling, synthetic insulation, or a combination of both. Windproof materials and a comfortable lining keep cold out and warmth in. This way you’re protected against winter conditions without sacrificing mobility.
