How long will delivery take?
The current delivery time is displayed at the top of our website.
Orders placed on business days before 8:00 p.m. are usually shipped the same day.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for all orders.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Switzerland.
Which delivery methods are available?
You can choose between DHL daytime delivery, DHL evening delivery, or delivery to a DHL ServicePoint.
Do you deliver to a DHL pickup point?
Yes. You can choose delivery to a DHL pickup point near your home, workplace, or another location during checkout.
Which emails will I receive about my order?
You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
Where is my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email that allows you to follow your package.
Can I change my delivery address?
It is not possible to change the delivery address after placing your order.
Once shipped, DHL may offer alternative delivery options.
What happens if I’m not home when my order is delivered?
If you are not home, DHL may:
– deliver the package to a neighbor
– attempt delivery again
– deliver the package to a DHL pickup point
Can my order be delivered to a PME Legend store?
No. Orders cannot be delivered to PME Legend stores or other retail locations.
What should I do if I haven’t received my order?
Please check your tracking link first.
If your order is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or the status hasn’t updated, contact customer service so we can help.
My package is damaged or items are missing. What should I do?
Please contact customer service as soon as possible.
Include your order number and a description of the issue.
I didn’t receive everything I ordered. What now?
Large orders may be shipped in multiple packages.
Please check whether another shipment is still on its way.
I received the wrong shipment or wrong size(s). What should I do?
Please contact customer service so we can resolve the issue.
Can I choose a preferred delivery time frame?
No. You can choose daytime delivery, evening delivery, or delivery to a DHL ServicePoint, but not a specific time frame.
