Which payment methods do you offer?
You can pay for your order with Bancontact, Klarna, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, or a PME Legend gift card.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. You will receive your invoice by email as a PDF within one week after placing your order.
Can I receive a VAT invoice?
No, it is not possible to receive a VAT invoice.
Can my invoice be adjusted?
No. We cannot adjust invoices.
The details you enter when placing your order are used on the invoice.
How do I use the PME Legend gift card?
You can redeem your gift card during checkout.
Select “Gift Card” under payment methods and enter the card number and PIN.
Do you sell PME Legend gift cards online?
Yes. PME Legend gift cards can be purchased online via our webshop.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
No. Once an order has been placed, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
Ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind? You can return your order free of charge within 30 days.
I received a discount code. Where can I enter it?
You can enter your discount code in your shopping cart.
Click “Do you have a discount code?” and enter your code to apply the discount.
My discount code isn’t working. What can I do?
There are several reasons why a discount code may not work. If this happens, please contact our customer service team — we’ll be happy to help.
Please note: a discount code cannot be applied after your order has been placed.
