It is possible to return every order in the PME Legend Official Online Store for free.
For the Netherlands: Deliver the box at one of the DHL Service Points . For the nearest DHL Service Point check http://www.dhl.nl/. Save the receipt information untill we confirm the receipt of your parcel.
For Belgium: Return your package for free via a DHL Parcelshop. Find your nearest DHL location via this overview: http://www.dhl.nl/. The second option for returning your order is to make an appointment with DHL directly to pick-up your package. Go to https://www.pme-legend.com/nl/afhaalopdracht and fill in all the details. You’re your order number as a reference. Please select the correct country, as the default option is The Netherlands. After you have filled in all the required details, you can select the timeframe in which you want the package to be picked up.
For Germany: Contact UPS to make an appointment and UPS will pick up the package at the agreed address. You can dial UPS Deutschland at 49 6966 405060 or fill in a form at https://wwwapps.ups.com/pickup/schedule . It is also possible to bring the package to one of the depots: Germany: http://www.ups.com/dropoff?loc=de_DE
You will find a return form and return label with your received parcel. Please note that products that you have bought in the PME Legend Official Webshop can not be returned to any retail store and visa versa. Returned goods must be in a condition that corresponds to normal use for checking the goods - as is usual in conventional shops for the purpose of trying them on - and must have their original label. If the goods have deteriorated due to a more extensive use, we reserve the right to demand compensation. Please also note the legally prescribed instructions on legal rights for returning goods in our Terms and Conditions .
In case you have returned (part) items to us we will make sure to process your refund as soon as possible (if applicable).
In order to get a full refund it is important that we receive the goods in the same state you received them. Refund takes place as soon as we have received and accepted your products. We refund in the same way we received your payment. For example: If you have paid with a credit card we will refund to your credit card. In general you should receive a refund within 30 days.
